Refund & Return Policy
At Del Rey Gifts, each item is made-to-order, often personalized just for you. Because of this, all sales are considered final unless there is an issue with your order.
Order Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@delreygifts.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will review and make it right.
Personalized & Custom Products
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized items (including names, dates, photos, or custom messages) once the order has been processed.
Please ensure all personalization details are correct before placing your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and changes cannot be guaranteed.
Returns (Non-Personalized Items Only)
For non-personalized items, returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- You must request authorization first by emailing support@delreygifts.com
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Refunds (If approved)
If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only.
Delays caused by carriers, weather, or high seasonal demand are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds.
